Farmer Connect

Farmer Connect

According to 2001 census, around 56% of the Indian working population is involved in agrarian and allied activities. At Dayal, we recognise that the health of the industry and the nation is in the hands of the farmer and it is imperative that the farmer be empowered with knowledge and resources. For several years now, we have been deeply involved in educating the farmer through focussed meetings, paper publications, tele-communication and the internet to penetrate deep pockets of rural India.

From best practices of cultivation to soil testing facilities, from comprehensive solutions for specific crop diseases to information on nearest vendors and agri-experts, Dayal members are continuously striving to facilitate the farmer at every step of crop cultivation and animal rearing. Seeing is believing and so, we encourage farmers to share their experiences on the field and help to create an environment of learning and information dissemination at the community level.
